解毒抗炎合剂联合泰能对腹腔感染所致大鼠全身炎症反应综合征模型保护作用研究

摘要 目的:研究解毒抗炎合剂联合泰能对腹腔感染(CLP)所致大鼠全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的保护作用。方法:采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(Cecal ligation and punctured,CLP)制备大鼠SIRS模型,分别给予解毒抗炎合剂、泰能、血必净、解毒抗炎合剂加泰能,并与空白对照组、假手术对照组、模型对照组比较。结果:各治疗组死亡率均低于模型对照组,而中药加抗生素组死亡率最低。与空白对照组比较,WBC、TNF—α、IL—6模型对照组升高(P<0.01),各治疗组WBC、TNF—α、IL—6均显著降低,(P<0.05),中药加抗生素组又较其他治疗组降低更显著。结论:解毒抗炎合剂联合泰能对CLP所致大鼠SIRS有一定的保护作用。 To study the protection of combination of Detoxication and Anti - inflammatory Mixture and Tienam on systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) of rat models. Method : SIRS of rat models, made by cecum ligation and puncture (CLP), were given Detoxication and Anti -inflammatory Mixture, Tienam, Xue Bi Qing, combination of Detoxication and Antiinflammatory Mixture and Tienam separately, then compared with blank group, sham operation group, model group. Result: The death rate of each treatment group is lower than that of the model group. Among them, the death rate of the treatment group of combination of Chinese herbs and antibiotics is lowest. Compared with WBC, TNF-α, IL-6 of the blank group, that of the model group increase (P 〈 0.01 ), while that of each treatment group decrease significantly (P 〈 0.05 ), and that of the treatment group of combination of Chinese herbs and antibiotics decrease more significantly than that of the other treatment group. Conclusion: Combination of Detoxication and Anti - inflammatory Mixture and Tienam has somewhat protection on SIRS rats caused by CLP.
