紫血竭膏防治压疮临床研究

Clinical Study on Prevention and Cure of Pressure Sore with Purple Dragon's Blood Plaster

目的:观察紫血竭膏防治压疮的临床效果。方法:预防组、治疗组用紫血竭膏防治,对照组用传统方法治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率90.90%,对照组痊愈率66.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:紫血竭膏防治压疮有较好疗效,且无不良反应和毒副作用。

Objective. To bserve the clinical effect of the Zixuejie piaster be used in preventing and controlling the presssure sore. Methods： The prevention group, the treatment group uses up paste preventing and controlling with the Zixuejie piaster; The control group treats with the traditional method. Capsules： The convalesces ravte of treatment group is 90.91% ; The convalesces rate of control group is 66.67 % ; Two groups of comparisons have the extremely sighificance difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The Zixuejie piaster be used in preventing and controlling the pressure sore have a good curative effect, also does not have buliang the respones and the poisonous side effect.
