目的对医院压疮护理进行规范化管理。方法实施压疮患者伤口护理会诊制度,制定标准操作流程并持续质量监控。结果提高了临床护理人员压疮知识合格率和医院压疮上报率。结论护理会诊提高了压疮护理质量,规范了医院压疮患者伤口处理流程。

Objective To standardize the management and nursing care of pressure ulcer. Methods The system of nursing rounds for patients with pressure ulcer was set up to standardize nursing flows for patients with pressure ulcer and control the quality continuously. Results This practice improved nurses＇ knowledge of pressure ulcer, and increased the reporting rate of pressure ulcer in the hospital, Conclusion Nursing rounds can improve the quality of nursing for patients with pressure ulcer and standardize the nursing flows of pressure ulcer.
