摘要
部队医院聘用地方护士用以缓解临床护理人力资源的紧缺已经成为一种趋势,但聘用护士存在着整体素质偏低、流动性大、缺乏配套的规范化管理机制等多方面的问题。因此,提出稳定聘用护士队伍、提高人员素质、建立健全聘用护士的规范化管理体系等对策。
It has been a tendency to employ local nurses for relieving the short- of- hand of clinical nursing human re.source in military hospitals. However, employed nurses had some problems including lower general quality, great flowability, lacking of corresponding standardized managing system and so on. Therefore, some strategies had been put forward such as to stabilize employed nurse team, to enhance their quality, and to establish and to perfect standardized management system for employed nurses.
