静脉输注氯化钾溶液导致局部疼痛是临床常见问题。因此,就近年来有关缓解静脉补钾局部疼痛的研究进行综述,包括药物的应用,物理方法的应用,改变静脉输注操作方法、输液器及输液溶剂等。

Local pain of patients induced by intravenous infusion of potassium chloride is a common problem in clinical. Therefore, this article summarized researches on relieving local pain for patients induced by intravenous supplement of potassium in recent years including application of drugs, application of physical method; to change the way of manipulation of transfusion, to alter infusion set and transfusion solvents.
