眶下间隙感染误诊误治分析

Analysis of misdiagnosis and mistreatment for infection in suborbital space

目的提高临床医生对眶下间隙感染的认识,减少误诊误治的发生。方法分析6例被误诊误治的眶下间隙感染患者的临床资料。结果感染被有效控制,面部伤口愈合。结论1.对于面部留有皮瘘的病变,应仔细寻找原因;2.临床医生对眶下间隙感染要有充分认识;3.接诊此类病人时应对相关的牙齿进行检查;4.提高眼、耳鼻喉科医生对边缘学科的诊治水平。

Objective Enhances elinician awareness with the infection of infraorbital space , reduces occurrence which the misdiagnosis and improper treatment. Method analyzes 6 patients＇ clinical deta that were misdiagnosised and improper treated. Result he infection were controled effectively, the face wound healed over. Conclusions 1.To those fistula of skin in the face ,should seek the reason carefully; 2.surgeons should have a full realization to the infection of the infraorbital space; 3.when meets this kind of patient ,should examine the correlative teeth; 4.improres the level for diagnosis and treatment that doctors in department of ophthalmology and otorrhinolarynology for the interdisciplinary.
