摘要
综述了目前湿法洗涤技术和三级旋风分离器技术在催化裂化再生烟气粉尘排放控制中的应用进展情况和美国BASF催化剂公司生产的抗磨损催化剂对控制流化催化裂化(FCCU)粉尘排放的研究进展。提出我国应该重点从低磨损的催化剂产品的研发着手,以相应的除尘设备对催化裂化烟气粉尘进行控制。从而满足环保的要求。
This paper reviewed the progress situation of wet scrubbing technology and third-stage cyclone separator technology in control of discharge of regeneration fume from catalytic cracking, and briefly described the research progress of antiwear catalyst produced by BASF Catalysts LLC. in control of discharge of FCCU dust It proposed for China to start from R&D of catalyst with low abrasion rate, and control the catalytic cracking fume with corresponding removing equipment to meet the requirement of environment protection.
