With the advent of knowledge economy era, the demand for higher education in each country is increasing,so the for-profit higher education institutions rise and develop as to satisfy such kind of demands. The emergence of for-profit higher education institutions owes to special social background and special reason,and the operational pattern of them is also full of unique characteristic. Many countries,America specially,has adopted management measures for for-profit higher education institutions.
