Excellent teacher is always a key reason for the Science and Technology,but the current investigation has teaching first-class talents cultivation in Indian Institutes of indicated that there are also some problems in its staff as follows：the shortage of teacher,teachers are too aged and their achievements are not rich enough. Indian Institutes of Science and Technology have carried out a series of reforms in view of these problems.
