Composition Elements of Talents Cultivation Standard of Higher Vocational Education and Its Design

当前，高职教育在专业设置、知识结构、课程分类、培养规格及培养模式上仍存在问题，针对社会发展要求，高职教育人才培养规格应由国民素质、知识素质、能力素质和人格素质等要素构成，与此相对应的高职人才培养规格设计应更新教育理念、处理好知识与能力的关系，合理定位人才培养目标与特点。

Nowadays, there exist problems in specialty setup, knowledge structure, curriculum classification, cultivation standard and cultivation model in higher vocational education. Aiming at the demand of social development, talent cultivation standard of higher vocational education should include the following elements： citizen quality, knowledge quality, competency quality and personality quality. Accordingly, the design of talent cultivation standard of higher vocational education should update educational view, dispose well the relationship between knowledge and ability, orient talent cultivation objectives and characteristics reasonably.
