摘要
调查显示,不同类型高职院校师资队伍呈现不同特点。公办校师资水平参差不齐,学历偏低,来源单一;民办校师资学历层次高,兼职教师多,双师比例低;行业企业办校双师比例高,校企人员流动便利。顺应高职师资整体水平提高及结构调整要求,应加强培养培训、评聘及激励机制建设,利用社会资源扩大兼职教师比例,发挥示范性院校的带动和辐射作用。
Investigation show that, teaching staff in higher vocational schools of different types show different characteristics. Teaching staff level in governmental higher education institutions is different, their degree is relatively low and their sources are single; teaching staff in non-governmental schools have higher degree, more part time teachers and less dual-qualification teachers; industry and enterprise schools have more dual-qualification teachers and the mobility between school and enterprise is convenient. In order to adapt to the demand of enhancing the whole level and adjusting the structure of teaching staff in higher vocational schools, the construction of cultivation, training, evaluation and appointment system and inspiration mechanism should be strengthened, the proportion of part time teachers can be enlarged by social resources, the driving and radiation function of demonstrative higher vocational schools should be exerted.
