摘要
应用三菱Q12PRHCPU PLC进行控制,通过进行系统的硬件组态、PLC过程控制软件编制和Matlab数值仿真对象的设计开发,实现了以PC机为主调的模糊控制,以PLC为副调的PID控制器和PC机数值仿真模型为调节对象,利用网络通信采样的半物理仿真闭环模拟量控制系统,并且以火电厂过热汽温的仿真模型为被控对象,仿真结果表明PLC在实时控制中有良好的控制品质。
This paper uses Q12PRHCPU PLC as a controller,by making hardware configuration of system programming the progress PLC and designing the Matlab emulational model,and establishes an analogy hardware-in-the-loop control system which uses PC as the first fuzzy controller,PLC as the second PID controller and PC simulation model as regulation target, network communications for data sampling.And taking the super stream temperature as the control target,the result of simulation shows that this control system has good quality.
