Study on Model and Equilibrium of Relationship Between Demand and Supply of Safety

通过对安全活动中基本供求关系构成的描述,建立安全供给与安全需求模型,并分析满足供求平衡的条件。以供求均衡为基础,探讨安全供给与需求曲线移动对安全效益的改变和安全供给粘性对供求均衡的影响,总结保持生产过程中的安全供求均衡而采取的措施,为国家和企业制定政策措施提供建议。

Based on the description of composition of the basic relationship between supply anct demand during safety activities, the paper builds the model of supply and demand of safety and analyzes the conditions to reach the balance between supply and demand. On the basis of the equilibrium of supply and demand, the paper discusses the safety benefit is changed by the movement of the curve of supply and demand of safety, and the influence of the viscosity of safety supply on the equilibrium of supply and demand of safety. Finally, it is summarized the measures to keep the equilibrium of supply and demand during production and proposals are provided for policy regulating for the nation and business enterprise.
