摘要
磨料水射流切割断面的质量通常用射流的最大切割深度与切割工件厚度的比值来表征。本文以磨料水射流切割混凝土为例,首先从理论上建立最大切割深度的计算表达式,然后通过实验分析了射流压力、进给速度、靶距、磨料流量、磨料粒径等工艺参数对最大切割深度的影响。
In abrasive water jet (AWJ) cutting, quality of the section is generally characterized by the ratio of maximal fluidic cutting depth to workpiece's thickness. Taking AWJ cutting concrete as example, firstly calculation formula of the maximal cutting depth is founded in this paper based on theoretical derivation. And then, based on experiments, it is analyzed the influence on maximal cutting depth of technological parameters which include the jet current pressure, moving speed, target distance, flow rate and abrasive particle size.
