摘要
本文报告对250例乳腺肿块的近红外光扫描图像进行计算机伪彩色处理,用多波段彩色合成技术将每一波段的密度变化以三种形式的伪彩色反映出来,使伪彩色处理图象在整体与局部密度差别、病灶的层次感、密度不均匀性、血管支配区的显示等四个方面优于原图像,经过x2检验(P<0.005)。纠正了9例因原片显示密度较均匀而导致的误诊,13例原片未能明确显示恶性肿块的灰影而导致误诊。结论:计算机伪彩色处理的近红外光扫描图像的质量优于原图像质量,从而提高近红外光扫描诊断乳腺肿瘤的符合率,该技术有较大的临床应用价值。
cases with breast masses were performed with computer assisted pseudo colored IFLS's images.Each density change is shown with three kinds of style by pseudo colored technology,the pseudo colored images are better than general images in terms of density difference between all and location image,Stereo effect,density unqual,vessel providing,by x 2 Test.( P <0 005) Owing to above mentioned.we corrected those mistakes which showed 9 cases of equal density and 13 cases of no shadow.Conclusion:The Pseudo color images provided better effects than original images,it will help to raise diagnosis rate of breast diseases and give good value to clinical work.
