浅谈国内外氯酸钠的生产和装备技术 被引量:1

摘要 氯酸钠广泛应用于纸浆、高氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐、水处理等领域。随着科技、经济的发展,其使用领域在不断地拓展。根据笔者多次访问、考察北美、欧洲等全球几个大的氯酸钠生产公司及其所属工厂、知名的工程公司、电解槽及涂层制造公司,介绍了国外发达国家氯酸钠生产中的盐水精制、电解、结晶等主要工序和关键设备,以及环境保护。同时也介绍了中国的氯酸钠生产工艺和设备。分析了近期国内外市场拓展新动向。指出,近几年中国氯酸钠发展遇到最好的机遇,中国的氯酸钠企业要珍惜、把握住这个机遇,把中国的氯酸钠做大做强。 Sodium chlorate is widely used in many areas, such as pulp, perchlorate, chlorite and water treatment etc. With the development of science ,technology and economy, its application fields continue to expand. The author paid multiple visits to several world' s largest sodium chlorate manufacturers in North America and Europe, including their subsidiary plants,renowned engineering divisions as well as electrolyzer and coating companies. Based on his visits,the major working procedures, such as brine purification, electrolysis, crystallization and the key equipments in the production of sodium chlorate as well as environmental protection in developed countries were introduced in this paper. At the same time, the sodium chlorate production technologies and equipment in China were also introduced. Analysis of recent trends in domestic and foreign markets was reported as well. It was pointed out that in recent years Chinese sodium chlorate enterprises encounter the best opportunities, and should cherish and seize this opportunity, to build China's sodium chlorate industry bigger and stronger.
