摘要
为提高二氧化钛的颜料性能和分散性,以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,用化学液相沉积法对金红石型二氧化钛初品进行了锆、铝氧化物无机包膜,然后再对其进行有机包膜。研究了无机包膜过程中二氧化钛的分散、浆液pH、反应时间、浆料温度对二氧化钛蓝光白度(Wr)和光泽度(L)的影响,得到包覆锆、铝氧化物的优化工艺条件。经无机包膜明显改善了样品的白度和光泽度。并用透射电镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对二氧化钛样品进行了表征。最后对经过无机、有机包膜后的二氧化钛进行了各种颜料性能(遮盖力、相对消色力、细度、吸油量)检测和沉降性实验,结果表明其颜料性能和分散性得到明显改善。
In order to improve the TiO2 pigment performance and its dispersibility, the surface of rutile titanium dioxide was inorganically coated by zirconia and alumina through chemical liquid deposition method with( NaPO3 )6 as a dispersant, and then organically coated by organic reagents. The influences of dispersion of TiO2 particles, suspension pH, reaction time and suspension temperature on blue whiteness (Wr) and gloss (L) were investigated, and the best technics condition of inorganic coating with zirconia and alumina was obtained. Whiteness and gloss of samples were obviously improved after inorganic coating. Then,the specimens were characterized by TEM and XPS. At last,TiO2 which had been inorganically and organically coated was tested by subsidence experiment and determined in terms of pigment performances,such as power,relative lightening power,fineness and oil absorption. Results showed that its pigment performance and dispersibility were both obviously improved.
