B超影像对处女膜闭锁的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound for Imperforate Hymen

１９８５年以来，我所Ｂ超影像诊断处女膜闭锁１８例。其声象特征为阴道、子宫、输卵管或盆腔积血而形成的液性暗区，其大小形态依其积血的部位程度而各异。暗区内可见细小密集的光点，后方具有明显的增强效应。文中亦提出了有关疾病的鉴别诊断要点；探讨了Ｂ超影像对本病的诊断价值。尽管本病临床较易作出诊断，但对处女膜闭锁引起的积血部位及程度却无法判定，更无法预测其愈后状况。因此指出，超声显像是本病首选而且是理想的检查方法。

Since 1985,we have detected 18 cases of imperforate hymen which were diagnosed ultrasonographically.The typical ultrasonic finding is the echo free area formed by the accumulation of blood in vagina uterus oviduct or pelvis.The size and shape of the echo free area which contains fine dense echogenic point and has evident posterior enhanced effect,are different due to different position and degree of accumulation of blood.The article also raise the differentiated diagnosis and discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound for the disease.Clinically though the disease can be easy to be diagnosed,the position and degree of accumulation of blood caused by imperforate hymen can not be estimated and even the prognosis can not be forecasted.So the ultrasonic image is considered to be the best examination for imperforate hymen.
