我院神经内科多发性脑梗死患者用药分析

Analysis of prescription in the patients with multiple cerebral infarction in Department of Neurology of Tiantan hospital

目的:研究近4年来北京天坛医院神经内科多发性脑梗死患者用药状况,为临床合理、有效、经济用药提供依据。方法:采用医院住院系统对近4年来神经内科多发性脑梗死患者用药进行分析、统计。结果:心血管系统用药金额最大,抗感染药物、水、热量、电解质、酸碱平衡药以及神经系统药物用药金额次之。用药量最大的是复方丹参滴丸。DDDs排序第一的是舒尔利粉针(胞磷胆碱)。结论:我院神经内科多发性脑梗死患者用药合理性需进一步探讨。

Objective： To analyze the prescription in the patients with multiple cerebral infarctions for the recent 4 years and provide references for rational, efficient and economical use of this kind of drug in clinic. Methods： The cost, amount of medication used by the patients with multiple cerebral infarction were investigated and analyzed by in-patient system. Results： The drug with highest expense was cardiovascular drug. The followed drugs were anti-infective drugs, liquid, calorie, nervous system agents, acid-base balance electrolyte agents. Fufang Danshen drop pills was used with the largest amount in the pa.tients. The first place of DDDs was citicoline. Conclusion： Further research of rational medication should be accomplished for patients with multiple cerebral infarction in our hospital.
