摘要 构树(Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) Vent.)为桑科(Moraceae)构树属(Broussonetia)植物,分布于我国绝大部分地区,资源十分丰富。从20世纪80年代开始,构树广受国内外学者的关注,其化学成分及药理活性研究取得较大进展。从本植物分离得到大量黄酮类化合物,并分离得到一些生物碱、木脂素、香豆素、萜、挥发油、脂肪酸、脂和氨基酸及其他类化合物,药理研究表明多个成分具有抗血小板聚集、抑制芳香化酶、抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抑制蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B、细胞毒等活性。现对1980年以来国内外对构树的化学成分进行分类汇总,为其进一步研究提供参考。 Broussonetia papyrifera (Linn.) Vent. (Moraceae), one genus of Broussonetia Vent. has a wide distribution in china. From 1980s, large quantity of newly-emerging bioactive constituents from B. papyrifera suggested the plant as increasing focuses of intensive investigations by botanists and chemists all over the world. The unique distribution of flavonoids together with other types of active principles, such as alkaloids, lignans, coumarins, terpenoids, volatile oils, fatty acids and amino acids, has entitled the plant to serve several different bioactivities including antiplatelet, inhibiting aromatizing enzyme, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, inhibiting PTP1B, cytotoxicity and so on. This paper reviews categorization of chemical constituents found from B. papyrifera from 1980.
