Study on extraction technique of Sanhuangqianbizhi soft capsules

目的:优选三黄前必治软胶囊提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:提取工艺分别以盐酸小檗碱和出膏率及黄芪甲苷和出膏率为评价指标,用正交设计法对两步提取工艺条件进行考察。结果:乙醇提取最佳工艺为:提取3次,加7倍量80%的乙醇,每次1 h;水煎提取最佳工艺为:提取3次,加8倍量溶剂,每次1 h。结论:优选出的最佳工艺条件经验证实验表明结果稳定,指标性成分含量高,可以用于投入生产。

Objective：To optimize the conditions of the extraction technique for Sanhuangqianbizhi soft capsules. Methods：The herb formulations were first extracted by ethanol,then were decocted with water to extract active components once more. Taking the ratio of berberine hydrochloride to dry paste,and the ration of Astragaloside Ⅳ to dry paste as evaluation markers,the extraction technique in two-step process was evaluated by orthogonal design. Results：The optimum condition of ethanol process was that the crude herb powder was soaked by 3 times with 7-fold 80% ethanol for 1 hour and the optimum condition of water decocting process was that the drugs were decocted for 3 times with 8-fold water, 1 hour each time. Conclusion ：The repeated experimental results are stable, and the contents of components for makers are high. The optimum conditions can be used for enlarged production.
