中国科教支出与经济增长的空间面板数据分析 被引量:10

摘要 近年来面板数据被广泛应用于各类计量分析,但变量之间的空间相关性并没有引起足够的重视。由于各省间存在明显的政策模仿和科教成果外溢作用,所以本文引入空间面板回归模型并使用Matlab软件及其空间计量经济学工具箱研究中国科教支出和经济增长之间的关系。借用中国大陆31个省份1998—2005年的空间面板数据进行的分析表明,中国的科教支出对经济增长有着显著的促进作用和外溢性,政府有进一步加大科教支出的必要。 In recent years, panel data is widely used in various quantitative analysis but the spatial correlation between the different variants has not arouse adequate attention. Since there is distinct policy imitation and overflow of education and scientific research this article relies on spatial panel regression model, the spatial econometrics toolbox in Matlab to study the relationship between economic growth and the expenditure on education and scientific research. The analysis of the spatial data from 1998 to 2005 from the 31 provinces and municipalities in China shows that the expenditure on education and scientific research can contribute to and have overflow effect on economic growth. Therefore the government shall increase the expenditure on education and scientific research.
