基于DEA模型的我国农业生产效率综合评价

Overall Appraisal of Agricultural Production Efficiency in China Based on DEA Model

提高农业生产效率是发展现代农业的基本要求,也是建设社会主义新农村的关键性工作之一。运用DEA模型对我国31个地区的农业生产效率进行综合评价,发现2003—2005年间一些农业大省农业生产效率始终在较低的水平徘徊,对此应从调整农业人力资源配置、建立科技导向型农业以及提高农业生产的组织化程度等方面着手寻求提高农业生产效率的对策。

To enhance the efficiency of agricultural production is one of the basic requirements of modem agriculture as well as one of the key tasks of constructing new socialist countryside. This article uses DEA model to conduct overall appraisal of the efficiency of 31 provinces and municipalities and finds that from 2003 to 2005 the efficiency of agricultural production even in some agriculturally powerful provinces are still quite low. The countermeasures to increase the efficiency of agricultural production are to adjust the allocation of human resources in agriculture, develop technology-oriented agriculture and improve the degree of organized agricultural production.
