摘要
鉴于膳食营养的合理供给对提高竞技成绩等方面的重要作用,2002和2004年08月份,对我省多数运动员的膳食供应做了两次计帐式的调查,用手工法和软件〈1〉进行相关数据处理,结果表明运动员膳食营养相关指标除VE、锌、硒等符合要求外,都存在或高或低的供给状况,从理论上更多地是从实际中对调查结果进行了分析与讨论,提出了改进措施和运动员食堂合理膳食供给的指导意见,真正做到合理营养。
A balanced nutrition plays a key role in improving players' sports level. Thus, two statistic surveys were carried out into the current situation of food supplies of most of the sportsmen in Anhui in August 2002 and August 2004. The result shows that some shortcomings of the current situation. For instance, besides the indexes of vitamin E, Zinc, and Selenium, other indexes are not satisfactory. After analysis and discussions, a series of improving methods are suggested.
