sEMG技术在颈部肌肉活动评价中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 表面肌电图技术被用来研究颈部肌肉的功能状态已有30多年的历史,颈部肌肉活动的相关分析、结构与稳定性及颈部疼痛的关系等领域受到了较为深入的研究。但由于颈部解剖结构的复杂性、测试条件的不可控性,研究进展较为缓慢。通过对表面肌电图技术在颈部肌肉活动评价中的应用研究进行归纳,认为颈部肌肉活动的sEMG信号特征以及颈部肌肉疲劳和颈部疼痛之间的关系是未来该研究领域的主要发展趋势。 Using surface electromyography to assess neck muscle function has a history of more than 30 years. There were many in-depth studies on correlation analysis on neck muscles, relationship between structure stability and neck pain. However, due to the complexity of neck muscle anatomy, and uncontrollability of testing conditions, research progress is comparatively slow. The present paper reviews studies on neck muscle activities based on sEMG technique method. The relationship between the sEMG signal features and neck muscle fatigue and neck pain is suggested to be the main domain of the related researching field.
