摘要
职业倦怠是指在一定时间内从事某项工作时,在工作和其他方面压力下对所从事的工作产生的倦怠情绪和心理变化。近年来国内外的一些学者在职业倦怠方面所从事的相关研究取得了一些成果,并已将此项研究拓展到了教学领域。此研究的目的是:编制高校体育教师职业倦怠量表。方法:使用自编问卷调查268名高校体育教师。结果:使用SPSS11.0统计软件进行因素分析,得出3个因子(分量表):情绪衰竭、去个性化、低成就感。3因子的特征值分别为4.463、2.482、1.890,3因子的变异量分别为23.488%、13.066%、9.9462%,3因子总解释率为46.501%。总量表及分量表的Cronbach a系数分别0.864、情绪衰竭0.887、低成就感0.655、去个性化0.779。结论:自编高校体育教师职业倦怠问卷具有良好的结构效度和内部一致性信度,达到可使用质量标准。
job bumout(JB)is the weary emotion and the psychological change that is produced when someone is engaged in a certain kind of job during a certain period of time to his or her job under the pressure of the job and some other aspects. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have made some achievements in correlative research of JB and have developed it to teaching area. Objective: To develop and validate the job-burnout questionnaire for measuring P.E. teachers in universities. Methods: Totally 268 P.E. teacher from university in Beijing through a self-made survey inventory, The result shows that from factor analysis by SPSSl1.0, 3 factor(subscales) are obtained: physical and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low achievement, the feature values are 4. 463, 2. 482 and 1. 890 respectively, the variance are 23. 488%, 13. 066%, 9. 9462% respectively, the total explanatory rate is 46. 501%. The Cronbach alpha coefficients of the whole scale and 3 subscales are 0. 864, 0. 887, 0. 655 and 0. 779 respectively. Conclusion : burnout scale for P.E. teachers in universities has stmctttral reliability and internal validity.
