摘要
运用文献资料调研、教学试验、对比分析等方法,以高师体育专业、高师非体育专业、竞技体校队员为研究对象,对跳深练习发展运动员快速力量的作用进行了实证研究。结果表明,跳深练习作为一种发展肌肉力量的特殊超等长练习方法,其生理机制符合运动比赛特点,是发展由退让到克制性工作能力的有效手段,对训练基础较高的运动员快速力量的提高作用显著,但对训练基础较低的练习者来说,训练效果不显著,部分受试者训练初期出现机体损伤现象。实验结果对不同水平运动员有选择的进行跳深练习具有指导意义。
With the methods of documentary, teaching experiment and comparative analysis, taking the players of sport specialty in normal university, other non-sport specialty in normal university and sports school as objects, the paper makes a research on the role of depth jumping exercise for developing the athletes' quick power. The result indicates that depthjumping exercise is a kind of special hyper-isometric method to increase the muscular power. Its physiological system accords with the characteristics of sports game and is effective means to developing the ability from yielding to restraining. For the players of high-level training, this method plays a remarkable role of increasing the quick power. But for the players of low-level training, the effect is not notable and part of experiment acceptants' organism gets injured. So the experiment result has guidance meaning for the players of different levels to choose the depth-jumping exercise.
