摘要
本文利用ANSYS软件对竹纤维粉体模压成形进行有限元分析,得出了竹纤维粉体在模压成形过程中各部分的位移和应力应变及粉体与模具的相互作用力,有助于提高竹纤维粉体模压产品的质量,并为竹纤维粉体模压模具的设计提供了理论指导。
By analyzing the compression molding of the bamboo powder with ANSYS, educe the displacement and the stress in the bamboo powder of compression molding and the effort acted on the model through the bamboo powder, and then offer the theoretical basis for designing the model for the compression molding of bamboo powder and help to enhance the quality of the product of bamboo powder.
