双驴头抽油机支架疲劳强度分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过三维设计软件,先建立了抽油机支架的三维模型。通过现场测量的示功图,确定了双驴头抽油机支架最大载荷、最小载荷,以及对应的工作位置。再通过有限元软件计算分析了相应最大载荷和最小载荷时双驴头设备的应力和应变分布。根据分析得出的应力,采用经验的疲劳计算公式,计算了设备的疲劳寿命。计算表明,结构的疲劳寿命并不低,因此,结构材料的破坏,不是由于应力增加所引起的疲劳破坏,而是焊接质量问题。 Because the operation medium and work condition changed, the load becomes higher, the life time of supporter of double horse beam pumping unit becomes short. Real three dimensional model was built in design software. Based on in field measured diagram of work, the maximum and minimum load and corresponding positions were determined. In finite element software, the stress and deformation were calculated out for maximum and minimum load work positions. Using the calculated stress, the fatigue life is calculated based on empirical fatigue life time equation. The calculation shows that the fatigue life of the supporter structure is not short. The damage of supporter structure is not due to fatigue caused by the increase ofstress, but due to the welding quality of the structure.
