摘要
该文通过分析深圳在打造生态型防洪工程过程中的优势和存在的主要问题,从创新治水理念、综合整治河道等方面提出了解决城市生态与防洪之间矛盾的对策。
Through analysing the superiority and the main problenm existing in the course of building the ecological flood control project in Shenzhen,and from the aspects of innovating in the water harnessing idea and comprehensively harnessing the rivers,the article puts forward the countermeasures to solve contradiction between the urban ecology and the flood control.
