Construction Technology of Pre-stressed Steel Tensioning by Pre-tensioning Process

梅河高速公路和景鹰高速公路桥梁上部构造为先张法预应力混凝土空心板,采用预制场集中预制。该文以上述两条高速公路空心板预应力放张施工为实例,从放张前后钢绞线的受力原理着手,论述了预应力放张的施工技术。

The superstructures of the bridges on Meihe Expressway and Jingyin Expressway are the pre-tensioning pre-stressed concrete hollow slabs which are centralized to prefabricate in the prefabrication fields.Taking the pre-stressing tensioning construction of the hollow slabs for the above two expressways as the practical example,starting with the bearing principle of the steel strand cable before and after tensioning,the article discusses the pre-stressing tensioning construction technology.
