摘要
为了解武汉地区肠球菌的致病性和耐药现状,我们对235株肠球菌进行了分离鉴定和耐药性监测,结果表明:235株肠球菌在泌尿道分离率占第一位(60.4%),呼吸道占第二位(16.2%),脓性分泌物中占第三位(8.9%).对肠球菌的生物学性状进行了研究,并总结了鉴定要点。采用KB纸片扩散法和琼脂稀释法监测了肠球菌对16种常用抗生素的耐药率,并阐述了肠球菌耐药机理和传递方式。
In order to know the pathogenity and drug-resistance of the enterococcus of status quo in Wuhan destrict, we isolated 235 strain enterococcuses and supervised their drug-resistance. The results showed a first isolated proportion in urethra (60. 4% ), a second proportion in respiratory tract (16. 2% ), and a third proportion in purulent secretion (8. 9% ). We also inspected the drug-resistance of enterococcus to sixteen antibiotics with Kirby Bauer diffusion assay and agar dilution assay.Moreover, we expressed the rnachnism of drug-resistance and conductive way.
