摘要
研究了新型低合金贝氏体钢辙叉正火和低温回火的组织及性能特性。实验结果表明,此种材料正火后的组织为贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体;不同炉次的抗拉强度为1 240~1 346 MPa;冲击韧度为76~94 J/cm2;伸长率为17%~20%;硬度为41.5~45 HRC。这种新型低合金贝氏体钢辙叉具有高强度和硬度,同时韧性也很好,具有良好的综合力学性能。能够满足辙叉心轨强度高、韧性好、易焊接等要求。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of a new kind of low alloy bainitic steel were studied after normalizing and low temperature tempering. The results show that the microstructure of bainitic steel after normalizing is a new kind of bainite which consists of bainite ferrite and retained austenite, and the mechanical properties of the bainitic steel is better than that of current premium rail steels: σb 1240-1346 MPa, αku 68-100 J/cm^2, 85 15%-20% and hardness 41.5-45 HRC. This bainitic steel has good tensile toughness, hardness and toughness, so they are applicable to make frog and rail.
