摘要 目的探讨老年高血压病患者脉压与尿微量蛋白的关系。方法对215例老年高血压病患者进行各脉压组之间尿微量白蛋白(ALB)的观察。结果ALB在脉压为50~59mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)组和<50mmHg组、60~69mmHg组和50~59mmHg组、≥70mmHg组和60~69mmHg组之间均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。多因素线性回归分析发现尿素氮、血糖和脉压是ALB的相关因子(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论脉压升高的老年高血压病患者,ALB增加。 AIM To study the relationship of pulse pressure to urine microprotein. METHODS We observed the urinary micro albumin (ALB) in 215 cases of hypertensive patients of different pulse pressure groups. RESULTS The ALB was significantly different in different pulse pressure groups (P 〈 0.01 ). The ALB was significantly different between 50 -59 mmHg pulse pressure group and 〈50 mmHg group, between 60 -69 mmHg pulse pressure group and 50 -59 mmHg group, and between 〉170 mmHg pulse pressure group and 60 -69 mmHg group (P 〈 0.01 ). With linear regression analysis, blood urinary nitrogen, fasting plasma glucose and pulse pressure were identified as significant and independent risk factors of ALB ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION The pulse pressure increase is positively related to the ALB in hypertensive patients.
