摘要
目的：观察腹部手术应激对病人红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：采用ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ花环和ＲＢＣ－Ｉｃ花环形成实验。结果：腹部手术后２小时人ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ和ＲＢＣ－Ｉｃ花环率下降，与术前比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１），术后２４小时基本恢复。结论：应激状态引起人红细胞免疫功能下降。
By dynamically observing the formation of RBC-C 3b circle and RBC-Ic circle, the authors studied influence of stress on immunologic function of red blood cell in abdominal operation. Results showed that the formative rate of RBC-C 3b circle and RBC-Ic circle decreased two hours after operation, significantly lower than that before operation ( P<0 01) and returned back to the normal 24 hours later. It suggests that stree state causes decrease of human immunologic function.
