摘要
以2007年第12届上海世界特殊奥林匹克运动会中的赛会志愿者为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对特奥会的赛会志愿者进行调查和研究.通过对志愿者参与动机的因子分析,为将来构建有效的赛会志愿者管理模式提供参考.
The thesis, with its focus on game volunteers attending 12th Special Olympics Games held in Shanghai in the year 2007, employs the method of documentation, questionnaire and mathematic statistics to research the motivation of their participation in sports events. Through factor analysis of volunteers＇ motives, we hope to provide reference for establishment of valid games volunteer administrative model in the future.
