摘要
目的:观察光量子液疗(ULI)对脑缺血再灌注模型花生四烯酸代谢的影响,探讨其治疗脑缺血机制。方法:制作兔脑缺血再灌注模型,分成ULI组、液体组和假手术对照组,分别检测血与脑组织中血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α),计算TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值。结果:液体组TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α及TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值均较假手术组显著增高,而ULI组TXB2和TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值则较液体组降低。结论:减少TXB2生成,降低TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值是UL1治疗脑缺血可能的机制。
Objective: To observe the effects of ultroviolet liquid irradiation(ULI) on the metabolism of arachidonic acid in rabbits following cerebral ischemia reperfusion and explore the therapeutic mechanism of ULI on cerebral ischemia.Methods: We made the models of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rabbits and divided them into 3 groups,including sham operate control group,simple solution group and ULI group.Then we measured the level of TXB 2,6 keto PGF 1α and the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in the brain tissue and serum.Results: TXB 2,6 keto PGF 1α and the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in simple solution group were much higher than in sham operate group.TXB 2 and the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in ULI group were lower than those in simple solution group.Conclusion: It seemed to be a therapeutic machenism for ULI to reduce the level of TXB 2 and decrease the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α.
