对于建设中国苏维埃政权的理论,中国共产党有"移植",也有创新。开展武装斗争和土地革命走农村包围城市的道路是苏维埃政权赖以存在、发展的前提,这是有别于俄国模式的具有中国特色的新理论。同时,中国苏维埃政权的性质具有自相矛盾的两重性,正确地总结其经验教训,对于深刻认识新民主主义政权理论具有重要意义。

The theory of constructing Chinese Soviet political power is the result of transplantation and innovation. Military struggle , the agrarian revolution and the way of countryside surrounding cities is the premise of Soviet political power＇ s existence and development. All these are new theory with Chinese characteristics and are different from Russian pattern. The nature of Chinese Soviet government has duality of self - contradiction. The theory of new democratic political power conforming to Chinese national conditions was formulated through summarizing experience and lessons correctly.
