摘要
心理和谐是心理健康的重要标志,也是发挥个人能力和作用的前提。领导干部首先应该达到心理和谐,才能有效承担起领导构建和谐社会的重任。影响领导干部心理和谐的主要因素包括对个人能力素质、个性特点和工作绩效的客观认识。领导干部加强个人修养对切实履行职责有重要作用。
Psychological harmony is defined as index of mental health and basis of personal functioning. Psychological harmony of governmental executives is seen as important personal diathesis to practice their obligations of leading rules in the construction of a harmonious society. Main factors influencing mental health are proposed as personal competencies, personality traits and the understanding to job performance. Relations between personal characteristics and obligation implementation of governmental executives are also discussed.
