摘要 患食管肿瘤、外伤或先天性病变,多数需行病变食管切除并重建,胃、结肠、空肠等自体组织是临床常用的替代材料,但术后难免发生不同的并发症,如吻合口瘘、狭窄、胃食管反流及消化道功能紊乱等。自1950年Berman首次报道用聚乙烯管置换食管的动物实验以来,人工食管的研究经历了从无孔型到网孔状、从惰性材料到生物材料、从单一材料到复合材料、
