Ar^+激光器泵浦的连续光学参量振荡器的环形腔设计

The Design of a Ring-continue Wave Optical Parametric Oscillator Pumped by Ar^+ Laser

摘要 对Ar+激光器产生的514.5nm连续光泵浦的光学参量振荡器(CW-OPO)做了理论分析,从几个方面对非线性晶体KTP、LBO、BBO做了分析比较.最后选择KTP作为参量振荡晶体,采用Ⅱ类非临界相位匹配,可以减少走离效应,并针对所设计的条件计算了KTP晶体的泵浦阈值.为了进一步提高参量光的输出转换效率,采用环形腔进行腔型优化,并合理设计腔内各个器件的参数,理论上可以输出1029nm左右的参量光. A general theory of continue wave optical parametrical oscillator(CW-OPO) pumped by an Ar^+ laser at 514.5nm was analyzed, The nonlinear crystal of KTP,LBO.BBO was compared from several aspects, The crystal of KTP was chose with the type-Ⅱ non-critical phase matching (NCPM) to reduce the walk-off domino effect at last and the pumped threshold power was counted under this condition. In order to improve the switch efficiency of the output parametric laser, a ring resonator was adopted. The parameter of the apparatus was well designed and the wave about 1029nm was out putted in theory.
