The Basic Study Talked about Technique of Fat Dissolved by Low-energy Laser

摘要 目的:观察激光技术辅助脂肪抽脂的基础病理改变及电镜变化,以建立其技术和方法的细胞水平支持。方法:应用低能量激光溶脂技术检测SD老年大鼠的脂肪层液化,用测量的方法观察溶脂效果,病理切片观察脂肪细胞膜性结构的改变,投射电镜观察脂肪细胞超微结构的变化。结果:与阴性对照组对比发现,随着照射时间的延长,溶脂效果越好,脂肪细胞的膜性结构破坏越显著,其超微结构改变也越明显。结论:低能量激光溶脂技术能够达到良好溶脂效果,其细胞水平改变给予基础支持。 Objective: To observe the varieties on the basic pathology and electric-microscope's pictures, the varieties because of low-energy laser irradiated fat-layer, and the pictures could set up cell level to support the laser's technique and method. Method: To apply the technique of low-energy laser dissolving fat-layer to measure SD aged rats' fat-layer liquefacient degree; with measure take stock of the effect on dissolved fat-layer; pathology slices observe the change of fat cell membrane's structure; project- electric-microscope look-in the transformations, of fat cell ultrastructures. Result: Contrasting with negative group, we found the effect on dissolved fat have been interrelated with the irradiated time. Conclusion: Low-energy laser could dissolve fat-layer and the effect was very good, the change in fat cell level offered basic support.
