摘要
目的 通过下颌骨的连续横断层解剖与计算机建立下颌骨的三维数字化模型,为下颌骨疾病的影像学诊断及治疗提供形态学依据及三维可视化模型。方法 采用尸体标本,进行包埋、切削,获取数字人数据集,对其中与下颌骨有关的二维图像,逐层提取其轮廓线,导入Amim医学三维重建软件进行重建,经表面光滑处理并渲染形成下颌骨三维模型,以下颌骨CT为断层解剖进行对照研究。结果 利用数字人数据获得下颌骨的连续横断层解剖图片,经三维重建获得下颌骨精细的模型,下颌牙的解剖学形态,并准确地显示出下颌神经管的位置。结论 下颌骨的连续横断层解剖与重建获得的下颌骨三维模型,为下颌骨的影像学诊断、颌面部整形外科手术及下颌牙齿种植术等,提供解剖学可靠的依据。
Objective To study transverse serial slice anatomy of mandible and to reconstruct a 3D model of mandible by using medical reconstruction software for the research of digital human. Methods The cadavenc specimen was used in this study, After fixation, paraffin-embedding and serial section, a data set of eligital human was obtained, in which two-dimensional image data of the mandible were collected and processed to reconstruct a 3-dimensional model by using Amira medical reconstruction software. The 3D mandible model was flatted and rendered by the software, in comparison with CT anatomy of mandible. Results A 3D model of mandible and anatomic morphous of mandibular teeth were formed accurately using of digital human data. The position of mandibular nerve canals were exhibited exactly, The model was fine in vision. Conclusion To study transverse serial slice anatomy of mandible and to reconstruct 3D model of mandible reconstructing a digital model of human using medical software are beneficial to our research, The technique of 3 dimensional medical visualization has brought a bright future for the medical development pattern, It provides morphological data for image diagnosis and plastic operation of the mandible and teeth
