摘要
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十六条规定了劳动合同期满终止劳动合同的经济补偿,该条款引起了社会上的较大争议。规定劳动合同期满终止的经济补偿符合劳动合同法的立法宗旨,符合我国劳工标准不断提高的要求,但是《劳动合同法》关于劳动合同期满终止劳动合同的经济补偿仍有几点值得商榷。
Article 46 in Labor Contract Law stipulates the economic compensation on the termination of labor contract that is expired. There are many disputes concerning this article. The purpose of this article is in line with the constantly higher standards for laborers in China. But there are still some issues concerning this article which deserves discussion.
