Type Test System of Cylinder Valve Based on Movicon X Configuration

采用三套Movicon X组态软件和两套PLC测控装置,设计了一套高压气瓶阀型式试验测试系统,介绍了整个测试系统的技术实现。文章详细介绍了测试系统的数据库定义、驱动程序通讯设置、界面设计、动画连接和网络连接等。系统可对气瓶阀尤其高压气瓶阀是否符合相关标准进行全面的测试。

A set of type test system of high pressure cylinder valve is designed used three sets of Movicon X configuration software and two sets of PLC. The design of the whole system is presented. The database system definition, the communication driver setting, the screen design, animation link and network connectivity are introduced. The system can test the cylinder valve whether it accords with correlative criterion, especially high pressure cylinder valve.
