硅粉混凝土在寒冷地区水利水电工程中的应用

摘要 通过对高海拔严寒地区的水利水电工程长期暴露在外部的混凝土调查中发现,在混凝土与水接触的表面都遭受不同程度的冰、雪冻融循环剥蚀破坏,随着冻融循环剥蚀次数的增多,将造成混凝土表面疏松、脱落,最终导致结构面破坏,丧失其功能及作用。硅粉混凝土通过试验并在云南省重点水利工程-桑那水库南干渠渠首输水渡槽槽身中应用,抗冻、抗渗效果明显优于普通混凝土,现对硅粉混凝土试验作总结交流,供有关水利水电工程参考。 The investigation on long-term exposed concrete of hydropower project in cold area with high elevations suggests erosion and damage occur in different contents because of ice and snow and with the repeated circling freezing and denuding, the concrete surface begin to loose and exfoliate and finally the structural face is to be damaged and ineffective. After testing, crystalline flour concrete is used in Yunnan province's key project-Sangna reservoir's trunk on channel head water conveyance chute, the effect is obviously optimized compared to conventional concrete in anti-freezing or anti-seepage function. The article summarize the test of crystalline flour concrete to provide reference for similar projects.
