摘要
目的:研究大蒜提取物二烯丙基二硫化物(DADS)对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞B16的生长抑制作用。方法:MTT法检测细胞活性。结果:与未处理的对照组相比,DADS可呈浓度依赖性抑制B16细胞生长。结论:DADS对B16细胞的生长抑制作用具有浓度依赖性。
Objective ： To elucidate the effects of diallyl disulfide （ DADS）, an oil-soluble organosulfur compound found in garlic, in suppressing the growth of B16 cells. Methods： Cell viability was determined with MTT method. Results： DADS affects the cell proliferation viability, also the growth inhibiting effect is in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion： DADS inhibits the growth of B16 cells in a concentration - dependent manner.
