摘要
目的:研究胃癌组织中Daxx蛋白的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:利用组织芯片技术联合免疫组织化学方法检测71例胃癌组织和19例癌旁正常胃粘膜组织中Daxx蛋白的表达。结果:共制作1个组织芯片蜡块,含90个位点(71个胃癌组织位点和19个癌旁正常胃粘膜组织位点)。Daxx蛋白的阳性表达率在癌组织中是51.4%,在癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中是18.8%。胃癌组织中Daxx蛋白表达显著高于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Daxx蛋白表达与性别、年龄、胃癌组织分化程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Daxx蛋白的异常表达与胃癌的发生有关,其高表达可能在胃癌发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Daxx protein and its clinical significance in gastric carcinoma. Methods: The expression of Daxx protein of 71 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and 19 cases of adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry on tissue microarrays. Results : One paraffin -embedded tissue microarray was successfully constructed, including 90 tissue spots(71 gastric carcinoma and 19 adjacent normal tissue spots). In gastric carcinoma tissues,the positive rate of Daxx protein was 51.4%. In adjacent normal tissues,the positive expression rate of Daxx protein was 18.8%. The positive rate of Daxx protein in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues. There was a significant difference between the two Rindsof different tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of Daxx protein was not related to sex, age and histological grade ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : The abnormal expression of Daxx protein has correlation to the beginning of gastric carcinoma, and the overexpression of Daxx protein maybe play an important role in the beginning and development of gastric carcinoma.
