前部缺血性视神经病变的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect on anterior ischmic optic neuropathy

目的:观察复方樟柳碱联合注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗眼前部缺血性视神经病变的临床效果。方法:应用复方樟柳碱2ml注射液自患眼颞浅动脉旁皮下注射,每日1次,14d为一个疗程,治疗2～4疗程。疗程中配合注射用脑蛋白水解物,一般使用60mg(以总氮含量计),稀释于250ml生理盐水中缓慢滴注,每日一次,10天为一疗程。结果:应用复方樟柳碱联合注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗眼前部缺血性视神经病变,有效率达为84%,眼底改变恢复正常。结论:复方樟柳碱联合注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗眼前部缺血性视神经病变的有效方法。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of compound anisoine combined with cerebroprotin hydrolysate injection in treatment for anterior ischmic optic neuropathy. Methods： Compound anisoine（2 ml） was injected subcutaneously around superficialtemporal artery to the patients once a day, 14 days was a coure of treatment,2 -4 coures was used. At the same time, all the patients were injected cerebroprotin hydrolysate injection. Diluted cerebroprotin hydrolysate injection （60 mg） by normal sodium（250 ml） were administrated for intravenous injection, once a day, 10 days was a coure of treatment. Results ： After compound anisoine combined with cerebroprotin hydrolysate injection in treatmen.t for anterior ischmic optic neuropathy. The total effective rates of acuity of vision and field of vision were 86.1% and 88.9% respectively. The fundus of eye became normal. Conclusion： Compound anisoine combined with cerebroprotin hydrolysate injection in treatment for anterior ischmic optic neuropathy is an effective treatment.
