On due process of student administration in universities

高校在对学生进行教学管理的过程中,和学生之间存在两种法律关系。对其中的行政法律行为应适用正当程序原则,以保证教育公权力的正当行使和保护学生合法权益。

University students management involves two kinds of legal relationships between the university administration and the students. The due process principle should be applied to the relevant administrative and legal acts so as to ensure that the right to public education is appropriately exercised and the legitimate rights and interests of the students are protected.
